LandGuys Store Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed based on the type of product purchased:

  • Cups, Coolers, Bags, Duck and Goose Calls and Hats: Processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Apparel: Processed within 10–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when it has shipped.
During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll reach out to you via email.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently offer Standard Shipping only.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination and item type.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States and do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at office@landguys.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right.


Lost or Stolen Packages

LandGuys Store is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim

 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
